Agile Property Management LLC began as a long term rental property company in 2008 and has grown from there to manage properties all over Washington State. Agile added mid and short term rentals in 2020 and we haven’t looked back. In 2025, we added commercial property management. About the only type of property we don’t manage, is HOAs (sorry if you were hoping)
We have a tech stack that can manage any size property – from a furnished beach cabin to mixed use commercial & multifamily property.
We manage properties for owners who have moved abroad, but didn’t want to sell their home. We rent out properties while owners are traveling and for snow birds who would like revenue while they enjoy warm winters elsewhere. We manage apartment complexes; single family homes and individual condos. We have boots-on-the-ground all over the state to ensure that issues get timely resolutions.
We believe that good property management pays attention to the details and provides clear communication to all parties, guests, residents and owners.

Pacific Northwest born and raised Alison graduated from Ballard high and stayed local to attended The University of Washington where she set out to obtain her bachelors in math. A short while into her college career Alison discovered computer programming. Her passion for computers quickly turned into an internship at Honeywell where she began working 80 hours a week and postponed finishing her degree for a few years. She did eventually finish with a BS in Numerical Analysis. After 20 adventurous years in the tech world, and a bit burned out with the software development cycle, Alison pivoted into Property Management and took over managing her family’s rentals and started her own real estate portfolio. However, it wasn’t until the Summer of 2008 that she would get her real estate license and open her own firm, - and Agile was born. Alison continued buying and rehabbing houses and apartment buildings that she turned into profitable and successful long term rentals. During the Fall of 2020 she saw a property in Birch Bay on the MLS and she added mid term and short term rentals to her portfolio. Alison enjoys spending her free time reading anything she can get her hands on as well as exploring not only the beautiful PNW that she calls home but also loves to take every opportunity to explore a new corner of the world - ideally on a sailboat or a kayak.
Alison looks for any opportunities to give a hand up to beginning real estate investors - especially women.
